YOUR MISSIONS :
Your team is supposed to help customers get the most out of the solution and fulfill their desired outcome.
You will advise them on how to best use the product through empathy, understanding and product knowledge. Our watchwords ? Success & Scalability.
Therefore, your mission will include the following tasks :
- Build, strengthen and lead the CS team
- Manage a customer portfolio : satisfaction + retention
- Work closely with the Sales and Tech teams to collect customers’ feedbacks and solve potential issues by offering the most adequate offer customer centric !
- You are the contact point between the different department, you will collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure that customers’ feedbacks are heard but also improved internally.
- Manage a team of Junior CS (recruitment, onboarding, KPI definition, reports …)
- You are in charge of ensuring that customers are growing with the solution (upsell, cross-sell, detection of opportunities / risks)
YOUR PROFIL :
- Rigorous, structured and analytical, you have a strong organizational capacity and an ability to respect deadlines
- Strong managerial experience : charismatic, ability to drive & motivate a team
- Calm ! The customer success team is managing customer issues
- At least 6 years of professional experience on similar missions
- You are a customer success lover with a builder mindset, eager to manage a team, to structure a vision & design roadmap
- French + English mandatory
- Capacity to attract new talents and make them grow through the company
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup is a huuuuuuge plus
YOUR SALARY :
- 50 – 100 K
